Key Responsibilities
- Credit Restoration & Sales:
Promote Broker One Finance’s 3-Bureau Credit Sweep service and assist clients through enrollment.
- Funding Referrals:
Identify and refer qualified clients who meet the credit criteria for the Lease Buyout Program (LBOP) and auto loan funding.
- Application Oversight:
Communicate with clients and assist with funding and credit union applications as needed.
- Client Management:
Maintain clear communication with clients through every phase of their funding process.
Document all client progress, interactions, and notes in the company CRM.
- Compliance & Accountability:
Follow all company policies and compliance regulations, including FCRA and GLBA.

2. LBOP Field Logistics Coordinator (Lovett, GA)
Location: Lovett, Georgia (on-site field position)
Type: Independent Contractor (Field Operations)

The LBOP Field Logistics Coordinator supports the Lease Buyout Program (LBOP) by managing on-site vehicle logistics and intake documentation at our fleet yard in Lovett, GA.
This individual ensures every vehicle arriving for buyout or leasing is properly photographed, documented, and positioned for appraisal by our internal valuation team.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to Lovett, GA twice per month (14th–15th and 29th–30th).
- Perform vehicle inspections and capture intake photos (interior, exterior, VIN, odometer, and condition).
- Upload all photos and VIN data into the shared LBOP Intake Folder.
- Coordinate vehicle placement and organization on-site to maintain safety and accessibility.
- Report daily to the LBOP Manager and submit a Vehicle Intake Report after each visit.
- Flag any damaged or unverified units for review by the appraisal team.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation (rental provided only if necessary).
- Smartphone with high-resolution camera (12 MP minimum).
- Basic familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, and Telegram.

The Credit Union Application Coordinator ensures successful client funding by managing and verifying auto loan applications within the Lease Buyout Program (LBOP).
This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple credit unions to confirm lending data, verify bureau alignments, and process client applications for approval.
Responsibilities:
- Review client Credit Union Lists provided by the administrative team.
- Call each credit union to confirm which credit bureau (Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion) they pull from.
- Verify loan criteria such as score minimums and membership requirements.
- Identify mismatched or outdated data and record them for internal updates.
- Submit auto loan applications for approved clients entering Phase 1.
- Maintain a Weekly Verification Log and provide it to the LBOP Manager.
